How To Request A Quote

If you want to get a quote for one of our products there are several options available to you:

Please be aware that we need quotation requests in writing and cannot provide prices over the phone. If you require a Trade Price we need a company letter head or purchase order.

What Information Do We Require?

In order to process your quotation request and provide you with an accurate price, we require the following information (click here to see an example of the information we need):

  • The product you wish for us to quote. (i.e. aluminium windows)
  • The system you wish for us to quote. (i.e. Premium Plus Windows)
  • The product details, including; sizes, colours, glass, styles and designs for each item.
  • Any additional information, requirements or specialist instructions. (For example... I require; direct fix outerframes, internally glazed sashes, trickle vents, a 150mm projection cill etc.).

¹ Larger panels are supplied without glass. Please ask for more information.

² Please note we only supply a glazed unit of up to 90 Kg per panel. Unit weights over this will be provided unglazed for the glass to be purchased directly from a glazing company.

Doors over 6500mm in width will use two sections mechanically joined. Maximum panel weight is 200kg.

These statistics apply for:
Heavy duty interlock, standard double-glazed units, 90% argon gas filled (low-E, en=0.05, soft coat), 16mm or more (1.0 Glass - U Value centre Pane*). We offer Planitherm ONE 24mm units (Oct 2010 Part L Compliant). Stats to be confirmed by testing carried out by Smart Systems.

  • High weather rated patio door, suitable for use on the ground floor up to sixth floor.
  • Slim Interlock is suitable for use on up to the first floor and doors up to 2150mm tall.
  • Standard Interlock is suitable for use on up to the first floor and doors up to 2350mm tall.
  • Heavy Duty Interlock is suitable for use on up to the sixth floor, doors up to 2500mm tall and doors installed in exposed locations (e.g. on the coast).
