A concealed panic bar enables fast and safe emergency exit. This life-safety device incorporates a latch or concealed vertical rods to secure the doors while allowing instant release when the bar is pushed.
Can be used in conjunction with an entry trim for external access. This will cost extra.
Entry trims allow controlled external access to doors fitted with panic hardware. The trim overrides the panic bar mechanism to allow entry from outside.
Electrical versions are available in 12V or 24V DC, in fail-safe or fail-secure duty.
Electric strikes are access-control devices allowing doors to be released remotely. They are typically used where internal staff allow visitors entry from inside a building.
Doors fitted with electric strikes must open either in or out — not both. Only the strike plate is supplied, not the electrical control system.
