How To Request A Quote

If you want to get a quote for one of our products there are several options available to you:

Please be aware that we need quotation requests in writing and cannot provide prices over the phone. If you require a Trade Price we need a company letter head or purchase order.

What Information Do We Require?

In order to process your quotation request and provide you with an accurate price, we require the following information (click here to see an example of the information we need):

  • The product you wish for us to quote. (i.e. aluminium windows)
  • The system you wish for us to quote. (i.e. Premium Plus Windows)
  • The product details, including; sizes, colours, glass, styles and designs for each item.
  • Any additional information, requirements or specialist instructions. (For example... I require; direct fix outerframes, internally glazed sashes, trickle vents, a 150mm projection cill etc.).

Continental Bifold Technical

The sizes detailed below are for guidance only, maximum widths can vary depending on your chosen height and vice versa. Aluminium Bar lengths are 7000mm, so although widths over 6250mm can be achieved, they may require a mechanical join. Heights of up to 3000mm can be achieved with these doors, subject to panel width and location (your postcode will be needed in order to carry out wind loading calculations). Panels can be made less than 700mm wide - please ask our technical department for advice.

These statistics apply for:
Open out doors, double-glazed units, 90% argon gas filled (4mm Planitherm total +, 3mm Planilux), 16mm or more, Swiss V warm edge spacerbar (1.2 Glass - U Value centre Pane*). Achieving air permeability Class 4, water tightness meets & exceeds requirements for class 9A, wind resistance meets class AE2400. Weather tested in accordance with BS6375 part 1 & 2.

Specifying - Suitable Applications
  • Can be specified for residential / domestic applications.
  • Meets building regulations for new build. (For Oct 2010)
  • Meets building regulations for replacement and refurbishment projects. (For Oct 2010)
  • Standard fully weather rated threshold; suitable for use up to second floor and exposed locations.
  • Flush low threshold options; suitable for use on the ground floor only, not recommended for use in exposed locations or properties situated by the coast.
