This aluminium window system is designed as a slim-line and thermally efficient replacement for steel windows. As part of our Heritage Range it uses steel look-a-like profiles which will maintain the character and integrity of your period property. Finishing touches such as optional welded corners and traditional furniture complete the classic look. Our Heritage Windows have successfully been used in grade II listed buildings and conservation areas.
Our Heritage Windows will be a great improvement on your old steel windows. They use the latest ‘Polyamide’ thermal break barrier technology and have high security Chelton locking, which locks your windows on three sides - making them as strong and resilient as steel windows but at a fraction of the cost. Due to their high specification our Heritage Windows are suitable for new build, replacement and refurbishment projects.

Locking SystemIf you wish to keep the authentic furniture of a traditional window but also want to upgrade to modern locking system it is possible to do so with our patented Ste’alth Secure™ Locking. Our brand new protected Ste’alth Secure™ Locking is now on demonstration in our showroom. The Chelton locking is available as a "peg and stay" driven system, or conventional handle driven system.
In order to add the Ste’alth Secure™ locking system to our Heritage window you need to use our purpose built Chelton sash. What makes our Ste’alth Secure™ locking unique is that the opening movement of the handle actuates the modern multi-point locking to secure the window on three sides in at least six positions.

A window that is internally glazed is easier to fit in multi-story buildings; as you fit the glass and the glazing bead from inside of the building. Therefore scaffolding is not required. It is also a security feature because in order to de-glaze the window, not only do you need the right tools and the knowledge, but it is only possible to do so from inside the building.
The handles have a key locking facility, which drives a grub screw into the handles back plate to prevent the handle from being operated. The fact that these handles are key locking means that you are covered by your insurance.
