The new UK Building Regulations' have now been published and these come into effect on the 1st October 2010. The summary of these amendments are quite tough and the requirements are as follows:

Note 1: The 1.2W/m²K Glass Centre Pane value is no longer a form of compliance unless the need to maintain the facade or the character of the building is required. |

Note 2: Insulated cavity closers should be installed where appropriate. |
