Quotes
Duration Windows will endeavour to process all product enquiries for a quotation and return back to the customer within 3 hours.  This service is operated by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff to help and guide all customers to guarantee job satisfaction.

Orders
New orders can be taken directly from an existing survey sheet and customers do not have to re-write the details, we also offer to process all orders with as little or as much information, whilst working in conjunction with the customers requirements. Orders can be faxed, emailed or posted and processed in the same way in approximately 2-3 working days for customer approval.

Deliveries
Duration Windows has a fleet of 10 vehicles which delivers all of our products direct to the customers door or specified delivery addresses on a daily basis. Our delivery service will accommodate the requirements for our customers across the country with a minimal charge regardless of the size of the delivery.
