Slimline Dualfold Aluminium Folding Doors
Duration Windows are very pleased to announce that we are now offering the brand new Sapa DualFold aluminium folding door. This door combines slim sight-lines, the natural strength of Aluminium and optional low threshold, to give a great looking door with maximum glass area from the renowned Sapa group. With hook locks, high security handles and hinge bolts all fitted as standard, these doors not only look good but are also one of the most secure on the market.
Based on the tried and trusted DualFrame system, the DualFold folding/sliding door has features and benefits which mean these doors exceeds the standards of other similar doors. Each door set can have between 3 and 7 panels, with each panel a maximum of 1000mm in width and 2283mm in height.
Dualframe features hardware with a Eurogroove multipoint locking system which is far stronger than the window type hardware used on some other systems. Dualframe can be fully operated from outside as well as inside.
Easy gliding stainless steel wheels and track offer smooth operation. Both the wheels and track are totally obscured from view once the doors are closed. Dualframe outerframe means that floor coverings can be fitted right up to the cill, making the visible threshold height very low. The weight of the panels is carried on the bottom track thus removing the risk of frame disortion that top-hung doors can exhibit.
Features
- Part L compliant - using it's high tech Polyamide thermal break, the door can achieve a U value of 1.9 W/m2K.
- High security hinge bolts and handles are fitted as standard.

- Multipoint lock and anti-lift blocks as standard.
- 24mm or 28mm glazing - we recommend 28mm units so that you can specifiy our Integrated Venetian Blinds.
- Optional trickle ventilation.
- Single colour for both inside and outside or dual colours with different colours inside and out.
Available Styles
All styles include a traffic door allowing you to use the single door without having to slide the other panels. Traffic door is marked on the diagrams by a triangle.
