Low Maintenance
Our UPVC Patio Door really couldn't require less maintenance. It can't swell, shrink, spoil or rot with time and will never wrap, flake or peel, so no more sanding, planing or painting ever again. Just occasionally oil the locks and gently rub the frames over with a mild detergent to keep them at their best.

Superb Looks
The slim S717 is available in standard white and mahogany foiled finishes to suit different house styles. Slim sightlines mean maximum glass area for optimum visibility, great for use in conservatories and porches. Our doors are made to last and, with fully welded construction, the design ensures increased rigidity and long life, even in the toughest conditions.

Improved Insulation
With the new S717 Patio Door, a twin chamber construction gives excellent thermal characteristics. UPVC is a very poor conductor of heat and therefore makes an excellent insulator. This conserves energy to reduce heating bills.

A twin weatherseal between sash and frame keeps the cold out, while dense brushpile seals incorporate polyethylene weatherfins to prevent rain ingress.

The latest sealing technology and modern sealed double glazing units mean an end to those annoying draughts. The profiles are also designed to minimise sound transmission, so allowing occupants of the house to relax undisturbed.

Enhanced Security
Security has to be high on any list of priorities concerned with access and exit from a building. The S717 Patio Door features internal glazing, where the beads are fixed on the inside, which helps prevent the glazing being removed from the outside.

In addition, the main PVC profiles are fully reinforced with galvanised steel. This makes them extremely difficult to cut or bend, minimises deflection and improves the strength of all screws and locks.

Wide range of options
Our diverse range of styling options means individuality can really be shown. The Rehau S717 Patio Door is available in 2,3 or 4 pane options in the standard white finish or mahogany foiled finish. The more common choice of glass thickness is 24mm, but 20 or 28mm thickness can be specified if desired.

Increased Safety
All glazed entrance doors are fitted with glass to meet BS6262 requirements for extra strength and for peace of mind. Another key safety benefit is that UPVC is self-extinguishing and will not burn unless exposed to a powerful and continuous heat source.
