For customers who need their order extra quick we offer our Fast Track Ordering service. With this service you are able to jump the queues and get your job put straight through to the factory.
Please ensure to read all the terms and implications of fast track ordering before you decide to take advantage of this service. Details are given below of the products we are able to process with our Fast Track Ordering service.

Bi-folding Doors
- Systems: Durafold 1000 Bi-folding Doors.
- Lead Time: Manufactured in 5-7 working days from customer sign-off.
- Colours: Standard White (Gloss) - only.
- Glazing: Unglazed or Glazed with standard clear toughened, softcoat, argon gas filled sealed units.
- Hardware: Standard Hardware in Standard / Conventional Colour Range (Ask for details).
- Styles: All Styles except doors with room divider thresholds.
- Blinds: Doors with integrated blinds cannot be Fast Track Ordered.
- Cost: £100 + VAT per bifold.
Secondary Glazing
- Systems: Economy Odd Leg, Luxury Subframe & Heavy Duty Systems.
- Lead Time: Manufactured in 4-7 working days from customer sign-off.
- Colours: Standard White, Brown and Silver Anodised.
- Glazing: Standard clear glass.
- Hardware: Standard Hardware in Standard / Conventional Colour Range (Ask for details).
- Styles: All styles except units with balances.
- Blinds: N/A.
- Cost: £20 + VAT per unit, with a minimum charge of £150 + VAT.
Steel Replacement Windows & Doors
- Systems: ‘Stepped Design’ Heritage Windows & Heritage Doors, ‘Putty-line’ Design Heritage Windows.
- Lead Time: Manufactured in 5-7 working days from customer sign-off.
- Colours: Standard White.
- Glazing: Unglazed or with our standard clear, argon gas filled sealed units.
- Hardware: Standard Hardware in Standard / Conventional Colour Range (Ask for details).
- Styles: All styles (Excluding curved and arched windows and doors).
- Blinds: Windows with integrated blinds cannot be Fast Tracked.
- Cost: Subject to 10% surcharge, with a minimum charge of £100 + VAT.
Before Ordering - Please Note:
- All Fast Track orders must be approved and actual lead times confirmed with our Production department. Lead times here are indicative but can vary.
- The payment for all fast track orders is required in full, before they can be processed. All Fast Track costs are in addition to product and delivery costs.
- We endeavor to offer our Fast Track service at all times, however there may be periods when we are unable to accommodate Fast Track orders.
White Aluminium Windows & Aluminium Doors can also be Fast Tracked. In order to have them manufactured within 5-7 working days from sign off of order, subject to a 10% surcharge, with a minimum charge of £100 + VAT.
