We want to reward the customers that take the time to come and see us at our exhibition centre in Canvey Island’s Knightswick shopping centre, in the same way as we do at shows and exhibitions. As a result all trade and non-trade customers that make the effort to book an appointment to come and visit us will be provided with a 5% discount card.

We want to give an incentive for people to come down to our showrooms as it give us the opportunity to help you to help us, to help find the product that's right for you. Customers that have visited our showrooms are much more knowledgeable of what they want and are therefore easier to help for our quotation department. We even find that these customers end up explaining to their builders exactly what product it is that they want (rather than the builder specifying the product they want to sell). Here at duration we believe that its important to try before you buy, and to do so without a salesman and high pressure, hard sell, sales techniques. How It Works, Terms & Conditions

• Offer starts Saturday 22nd January 2011.
• You must book an appointment in order to be eligible for a discount card.
• When you turn up to your appointment at our showrooms you will receive one discount card, with a unique identification number.
• This discount card will entitle you to an extra 5% Discount.
• Once the order is finalised, the 5% discount is taken off the total price of the order and given as a rebate at the end of the order process.
• This offer is available for showroom visitors only - both trade and non-trade customers.
• Discount cards are unique and have a one-time use only - once used the identification number will become invalid.
• A discount card is valid for three months after it is given out.
• Only one discount card can be used at any one time (i.e. one per order).
• A discount card can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  (Exceptions include: Trade discount and the free delivery for orders made from online quotes).
