These superb ‘Penthouse’ patio doors have been designed to offer unobstructed views of the outside world, giving you the maximum possible glass area. The strong polyamide thermally broken profiles, deliver thermal efficiency and optimum weather performance. These doors are for example, suitable for use by the coast or the upper floors of an appartment building. Three panels with a triple track, can achieve approximately a two-thirds opening and maximum flexibility.
These door are capable of large widths and heights and despite their weight the large panels slide easily and with minimum effort. The doors have a specially designed threshold, which allows you to bring your inside floor level flush with the threshold. Suitable for both commercial and domestic applications, these doors are ideal for filling a room with light and making the most of a beautiful view.

When it comes to glass, and glass designs you can literally have almost anything you want, from specialist glasses such as self cleaning glass to tinted glass. Our Penthouse Patio Doors come with 90% argon gass filled, 1.0 centre pane U value glass*, clear toughened safety glass as standard. Door can be supplied with Planitherm 24mm glazed sealed units, or suppleid unglazed for 24mm units. Some examples of the different glass you can have are as follows:
Note: All Penthouse patio doors are supplied with glass seperate. Doors with panels over 1500mm are supplied unglazed only. This is due to the weight of the panels and is a transport issue. (you will need to source your own glass)
Our Penthouse Patio Doors are available in white, black, brown and silver anodised from our conventional colour range, any textured paint finish or any RAL colour paint finish. There is also the option to have dual colours. Where you can have a different colour outside and inside, for example grey outside and white inside.
If the colour you are looking for is not in our conventional colour range then you can choose from over two hundred single or dual, RAL colours. These colours are bespoke mixed specially for your job and painted on mill finish profiles, as a result you can choose to have a gloss, semi-gloss or matt finish.
