This aluminium window system is the perfect solution for the replacement of existing old putty glazed steel windows. Designed to replicate the appearance and slim sightlines of traditional putty glazed steel windows, whilst offering superior security, weather and thermal performances. They use the latest ‘Polyamide’ thermal break barrier technology, and double glazed gas filled sealed units to achieve U values as low as 1.3.
These windows can be fitted into original or new timber frames or direct to brick. The 45° angled putty line design replicates old putty glazed steel windows, and will maintain the character of your property. Finishing touches such as optional welded corners complete the look. This system is suitable for new build as well as replacement or refurbishment projects, for use in listed buildings and conservation areas.

These beautiful aluminium Heritage Windows are designed as a very thermally efficient replacement for steel windows. Designed to replicate exactly the traditional look of putty glazed steel windows.
They incorporate a 45° angled putty line vent design as an alternative to our stepped design Heritage Windows.

- Slim sight-lines - outerframe outside-edge only 25mm (visible frame).
- An authentic look, that replicates traditional putty glazed steel windows.
- The aluminium sections can have welded corners, to further increase authenticity - upon request.
- Uses a superior polyamide thermal break barrier - to achieve U values as low as 1.3.
- These windows can be WER ‘A’ Rated upone request - this window has been simulated to achieve a Window Energy Rating of ‘A’ with triple glazed units in acordance with BMTRADA and BFRC.
- Matt White or Textured Black paints available for an older look. Wide range of paint colours and gloss levels (gloss, semi-gloss, matt) also available.
- Modern multi-point multi-side Chelton Secure™ locking.
- Internally glazed sashes - 28mm double glazed sealed units. *
- Can be fitted into existing or new timber frames, direct to brick and even into stone surrounds.
- A fraction of the cost of replacement steel windows.
